Valfaccenda Vindabeive, Italy 2019 1L
This juicy wine is a result from a carbonic maceration of Nebbiolo coming from a higher elevation vineyard and picked a little earlier than most. Grapes only spend five days on the skins, half kept whole bunches, before being pressed off. The wine was bottled just a few months after the harvest, retaining a beautiful vibrancy. With just a hint of tannin, this light, bright and easy.
