Juan Jesus is a proud native of Tenerife and the fourth generation of growers on the island. Today he splits his time between tending to centenarian ungrafted vines planted between 500 and 900 meters of altitude above sea level, and the viticulture program at the University of Tenerife, where he is a professor. This delicious white is fresh, salty, mineral-driven, and hugely refreshing. A quintessential island wine.
