After making two vintages with his uncle Robert Michel, a Rhone star, Vincent Paris set out on his own. He now owns eight hectares of vineyards, mostly located in region of Cornas. This Syrah is composed of young vines from the Crozes Hermitage region. Sustainably grown with Vincent's meticulous methods. He prunes to four bunches per vine, which concentrates the vine's growing power.

Soil: Alluvial soils with a lot of rolling rock (Galets Roules), which absorbs heat and restore the soils in the evening.

Pairing: Oxtail stew, this wine can take some heat
