Champagne Vouette & Sorbee is the creation of husband and wife Bertrand & Helene Gautherot. The wines have been made in an artisanal and natural way since the first release in 2001 of Fidèle. Fidèle is a reminder to remain simple and natural in the cellar: 100% pinot noir, one harvest, only wild yeast, no chaptalization, 100% vinification in oak, 100% natural malo, no dosage.  These wines are vinous, they have some weight, a true wine drinkers Champagne.
