Cellar Raid

We invite you to raid our cellar.

Every weekday (Monday-Friday) we will choose a wine & attempt to match the lowest price in the country (we apologize if we are off by a few $'s), and for the whole week these wines will be the lowest price in the country.  By Friday, there will be 5 wines to choose from.

You may see wines from the likes of Roberto Conterno, but other days you may see a wine we just love to drink and think you should be drinking it too.

We have decided to spare your cluttered inbox a daily reminder email, but we will be posting to our instagram, @onekourtstudio, so make sure you follow us.

    Welcome to our cellar.

Envínate 'La Santa de Úrsula', Vinos Atlánticos, Spain 2020

    Why this wine?

Because this quartet of friends are making some of the most compelling wines coming out of Spain right now.  La Santa de Úrsula hails from an area called La Carujera, in the DO Tacoronte-Acentejo on the milder, more humid northeastern coast of Tenerife. These are 100 years old vines.  You’re basically drinking a piece of history.  These vines were planted the year that Prohibition Laws Strengthened in US & Gerald Patterson won the first Wimbledon Championships.  48% Negramoll, 50% Listan Negro, and 2% Listán Blanco.  Think Etna Rosso meets Cru Beaujolais here.

Yves Leccia 'Île de Beauté' Blanc, Corsica, France 2020

    Why this wine?
Turns out we already have the best price in the country for this wine, so we are going to sweeten the deal, simply because we love it.
If One Kourt Studio could pick up the store and go somewhere, Corsica would be it.   Yves Leccia 'Île de Beauté' Blanc is a blend of Vermentinu & Biancu Gentile.  This wine is quintessential Corsica.  Oily and luscious yet clean & crisp, teeming with minerals, sunshine, and sensuous complexity. Drink it like Yves does: chilled alongside grilled fish.

Giacomo Conterno 'Vigna Francia', Barbera d'Alba, Italy 2019

    Why this wine?
Because Roberto Conterno is one of the best winemakers in the world & this is one of the top cru’s in Serralunga d’Alba.  So, do we really need another reason as to why we choose this wine?

Top Cru.  Top Winemaker.  Great vintage.

    We love you.

Santa Caterina Rosato, Liguria di Levante, Italy 2020

    Why this wine?
Because we doubt you have ever had this wine before. This wine is seeing US soils for the first time with the 2020 vintage.  When we tasted this wine we loved it so much we bought the last 3 remaining cases in the country.  Yes, the bottle says rosato but this more of red wine.  There is weight to the palate, alongside a savory element.  It is coastal but brooding all at once.

    We dig this.

Château Yvonne Saumur Blanc, France 2019

    Why this wine?

Because at one of my most recent blind tasting sessions this wine was quite compelling.  Exquisite text book Chenin Blanc that still has a great life a head of it and will only continue to get better for the next 5-6 years.
