Welcome to www.onekourtwine.com. The www.onekourtwine.com website (the "site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Rum Runner Wine Corp., d/b/a One Kourt Studio. The One Kourt Studio is an e-commerce site that offers education, lifestyle, wine, and spirits content. Www.onekourtwine.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "terms"). Your use of www.onekourtwine.com constitutes your agreement to all such terms. Please read these terms carefully, and if need be, keep a copy of them for your reference.
Use of the Site.
You may use this site to learn more about One Kourt Studio and its founder, purchase available products and/or programming that we may sell, and engage with One Kourt Studio for future experiences within the site or at its location at 219 Main Street, Greenport, New York, 11944.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, or remove or edit content, or to refuse to sell products, in our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Terms of Purchase.
You must be 21 years or older to purchase any of the wine and spirits products offered on the site. By placing an order, you represent that you are 21 years of age or older that that the order will be received by someone who is 21 years of age or older. Valid identification verifying the age of the purchaser will be required upon the delivery or shipment of any wine or spirits.
Corked Wine/Spirit/Cancellation/Refund policy.
All products are sold “as is” and we do not make any representations or warranties with respect to the quality or any of the products being sold. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued, as New York State law prohibits us from accepting returns unless the products are defective. If you believe that a wine is corked or not up to its value, please contact us immediately from the purchase date We will evaluate the circumstances and advise you with respect to any exchanges. If we agree to process an exchange of any products, you agree to pay for return shipping and for the shipping to send you the new product.
We accept returns as follows: If the wine is less than 10 years old and it is corked, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 1 week (7 days) of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase, including the bottle in question. For wines older than 10 years, the consumer bears the risk of a faulty cork. We generally do not accept the return of unopened wines or spirits as we are unaware of how they were stored once they left the store. We pride ourselves in the authenticity of our products and knowing where they have been before they join our shelves. Under no circumstances do we accept the return of opened spirits.
Discount Application
Under no circumstances does One Kourt Studio apply multiple discounts to one single purchase.
One Kourt Studio does not apply discount codes post-purchase unless authorized. Discount can be applied to future purchases with One Kourt Studio.
One Kourt Studio does not apply or offer discounts to custom orders or bottles of spirits.
We reserve the right to withhold additional discounts to any bottles of wine & or spirits.
Product Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. One Kourt Studio reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any products, without notice at any time. One Kourt Studio shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any products.
Electronic Communications
Visiting www.onekourtwine.com or sending emails and/or direct messages through other social platforms to One Kourt Studio constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Shipping
Now offering delivery to 16 of the following places. If your State is not listed here, we WILL NOT ship to you. Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, & Wyoming. Orders placed Thursday will be processed Monday. One Kourt Studio is NOT legally permitted to ship any spirits outside of the State of New York.
For all purchases to be shipped, you hereby authorize us to transfer your purchased items to a third party shipping company. You hereby agree to take sole responsibility for complying with all laws regarding receiving such purchases goods. Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from One Kourt Studio to buyer in the State of New York, which is why we charge New York State sales tax.
