Churchill's Reserve Port is a house blend matured for three years in seasoned oak and offers a rich, complex and fruity character with notes of dried berries and herbs. It is made from grapes grown in the same prime vineyards used for Churchill's vintage ports. It is a young, vibrant, and versatile fortified wine, meant to be enjoyed in its youth. Pairs well with fruit tarts, dark chocolate, and traditional Stilton.
Pairing: Dark chocolate flourless cake, Aged Cheddar, Gouda and Brie cheese as well as aromatic red meat dishes, venison, lamb, veal or pepper steak
