Brothers Antoine and Quentin Paillard represent the eighth generation in their family to harvest these vines in the Montagne de Reims. After gaining rich experiences in France and abroad, they returned to their family estate with a clear vision of how to lead their family estate forward. 

Les Mottelettes is a precise expression of Bouzy terroir, combining a rich ripeness with chalky finesse. 100% Chardonnay from this single vineyard planted in 1961, harvested in the excellent 2019 vintage. The vins clairs are fermented entirely in barrel, bottled unfiltered and unfined, then aged on lees for a full four years before disgorgement in January of 2024 with 3 g/L dosage.
