Hugo Mathurin and Talloulah Dubourg, who have previously worked at renowned wineries such as Jean-Marc Roulot, Frederic Mugnier, Clos de Tart, and Benjamin Leroux, aimed to discover a climatically cool terroir that could produce fresh and enjoyable wines. This new vineyard comprises 5 blocks facing northeast on a very steep hillside, opposite the Vignes Blanches des Rouges. These are the new faces of the next generation in Burgundy and we look forward to more wines from this Domaine.
