A white dessert wine made from at least 70% noble rot (Botrytis) grapes grown at Château Manos, a neighbor of Château Lamothe, in Cadillac.  This is a great alternative to Sauternes, around the holidays or any time you crave something sweet.

Pairing: Pâté, Roqeufort cheese, Lemon custard tart

Grapes: Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc
