They produce cool-climate wines from a variety of sustainably certified vineyard plots across Santa Barbara County. Their Santa Barbara County Chardonnay has well-integrated oak with notes of baked apple and angel food cake, with a current of lively acidity from the cooler microclimate of Santa Maria Valley.
