Antoine Coutier is the fifth generation vigneron at the helm of the family estate, located in the grand cru village of Ambonnay in Montagne de Reims. Their Champagne has the traditional richness of the Ambonnay fruit with the racy and pure style that the family cherishes. 

This non-vintage Brut Tradition is 60% base wine from 2022 and 40% reserve wines, all from Grand Cru sites in and around Ambonnay. It was disgorged in September of 2025 with a dosage of 8 g/L, putting it proudly in the Brut category. This owns up to its creamy and luscious Brut identity, with no shortage of custard and brioche notes and roundly celebratory suds. It truly is among the great values in the region, overdelivering in all fronts, and especially a wonderful value in this half-bottle format.
