A clean and classic sparkling cider from Eve's Cidery, in Chemung, NY (just south of the Finger Lakes). Light color with gorgeous nose of orchard fruit and autumn leaves, knitted into excellent carbonation; complex and satisyingly appley without being sweet whatsoever. A prime example of dry American hard cider, made from organically grown apples here in New York. What more do you want from Autumn??
