Third-generation grower, Jean-Marc Sélèque and his wife Oriane continue to make a strong case for the incredible terroirs of the Marne. Jean-Marc owns about 9 hectares in 45 parcels spread out over 7 villages, mainly on the southern slopes of Éperna. The philosophy here is all about their commitment to the soil, natural balance, and biodiversity. Vinification is gentle, with extended élevage, without filtration.

The goal is for a pure and crystalline expression in all circumstances, and no exceptions are made in the case of this rosé. The grapes are Chardonnay, Meunier, Pinot Noir from the Villages of Pierry, Moussy, Epernay, Mardeuil, Dizy, Boursault, and Vertus. 

Vinification: 70% Stainless steel vats, 30% oak barrels. No fining or filtration. Dosage: 2g/L - Extra Brut

Grape: Chardonnay 45%, Pinot Meunier 40%, Pinot Noir 15%

Soil: Clayey loam, flinty clay, chalky subsoil
