Raphaëlle Guyot is a young winemaker native to the Yonne region in northwestern Burgundy. After earning her degree in viticulture and oenology in 2015, she honed her skills with producers such as Thibault Liger-Belair and Vincent Pinard. In 2018, she returned home, in this often overlooked region, to establish her own domaine where she employs organic and biodynamic farming practices, integrating crop diversity and livestock to enhance soil health and vineyard resilience. Her meticulous approach in the vineyard and cellar results in wines that are vibrant, fresh, and expressive of their terroir. 

'L’Aurore' 2023 is an expressive chardonnay that showcases the creativity and precision of this rising winemaker. Sourced from vineyards in southern Burgundy, this Vin de France Chardonnay reflects a careful balance between tradition and innovation.
