Arnaud Lambert is helping to drive a movement in the appellations of Saumur and Saumur-Champigny. The goal is to re-discover each individual terroir and its potential through organic viticulture and precise winemaking. He is a firm believer in terroir and that good wine starts in the vineyard, all of this is very apparent in his nervy and focused Chenin Blanc.  The utmost care is taken during the processing of the fruit, from must to wine. The finished product is a wine always driven by careful, respectful winemaking and exceptional fruit. This is an incredible value wine and a fantastic example of the purity of Chenin Blanc!
