Yves Canarelli's dedication to restoring native Corsican grape varieties has been instrumental in the recognition of Corsican wines. As a former economics student turned enologist, Yves took over his family's vineyard in 1993 and has been a strong advocate for the cause ever since. The Corse Figari appellation has a rich history dating back to the 5th century B.C. Despite being the oldest wine-growing region in Corsica, it took pioneers like Yves to remove non-native grape varieties and ensure the recognition that Corsican wines deserved.

The Tarra d'Orasi Blanc is a field blend from 140 years old pre-phylloxera, known for its rarity and unique characteristics. This wine has an intense flavor that embodies the true spirit of Corsica but is also refined and well-balanced. Its powerful palate boasts mineral tones, citrus fruits, bruised apple skins, and white flowers, and it continues to reveal new elements the longer it's open.
