Sunny, fresh, and dry, this is a great bottle to pop any time you want to try something beyond Prosecco but don't want to splurge on Champagne.  Produced in the tiny Savoie region of Bugey, this is a traditional méthode Champenoise sparkling made from Altesse, Mondeuse, and Chardonnay.  Bright notes of lemon zest and green apple lead to just a touch of biscuit on the palate, making it a great pairing for snacks, appetizers, or brunch.
