Philippe Chavy is a producer with a long family history and ownership of storied plantings in some of the most esteemed sites in Burgundy.  Among his fellow biodynamic vintners he is known for his light touch, making the cool 2021 vintage the perfect time for the style of Domaine Chavy to shine.
