In the short time since taking over her family’s domaine, Pauline Passot has made a name for herself as a producer to watch. In 2018 she assumed responsibility for her family’s six hectares, and Grille-Midi was the first parcel she farmed when she began making wine.  Her precise attention to detail in the winery and in the vineyards carries itself blissfully from vine to glass. 2022 is a particularly good vintage - the wine is bright and juicy yet structured, featuring ripe red-fruited characteristics enhanced by elegant minerality.
