Pauline & Carl Baumberger have taken the natural wine world of Europe by storm - with infectious smiles and wines that are clear, vibrant and über drinkable. Slowly taking over their family's 14 hectares, the brother and sister duo are now the 6th generation to farm these vineyards in the middle of the Nahe. An area where anything is sort of possible - the climatic conditions in their golden moment, bordering on edges of ripeness with field blends and multitudes of varieties, all becoming wines that end up with invigorating natural acids and slender forms that are simply chuggable. 

The first of the sparkling wines is a blend of five white grapes; Muller-Thurgau brings a structured backbone, Bacchus a bit of floral aromatics, Chardonnay for roundness and body, Riesling for the fresh acidity and a small amount of Muskateller exotic fruit. Every year the hue and color of the label is adjusted to give a picture of the feel, or glow of the wine.
