François Cazin makes some impressive wines from the small appellation of Cheverny in the eastern Loire. Though the region has a long history, it only became recognized as its own appellation in 1993. This is your quintessential French Bistro wine. Highly drinkable, lively, juicy, and with no frills. Just a really tasty wine.
