The Pépie botting from Domaine de la Pépière is consistently delicious. The La Pépie cuvée is a blend of estate fruit from all of Pépière's terroirs, 50% of which fall within the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation and 50% within the crus. A bright and snappy white, perfect for drinking on its own, or with oysters, of course.
