Delicate and complex, with aromas of dried fruits, particularly apricot, along with floral hints of jasmine, vanilla, and subtle oak spice. Smooth on the palate, with flavors of candied fruits, spices, honey, and vanilla. Long aging in barrels results in a refined structure, light tannins, and a long, balanced finish.
