Starlight Distillery is an independent Indiana distillery focusing on premium whiskey production. Since 2001 they've crafted Bourbon and Rye whiskeys that have received high praise from critics and connoisseurs. Their flagship Carl T. Bourbon is a straight Bourbon made from local grains and aged a minimum of 4 years in new American oak. It's high-rye mash bill with low corn content creates a bourbon with more spice and less sweetness than the high-corn Bourbons typical in Kentucky. Carl T. has received numerous awards, including gold and silver medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, ASCOT, SIP Awards, and John Barleycorn Awards.
