A clean and classic sparkling cider from Eve's Cidery, in Chemung, NY (just south of the Finger Lakes). Light color with gorgeous complex orchard fruit notes and excellent carbonation, this cider is complex and satisyingly appley. A prime example of American hard cider, made from organically grown apples here in New York.
