It is an honor and a privilege to say that our founder worked with this lovely winemaker back in 2014. Diletta is an amazing young winemaker who has taken hold of her family’s vineyards in the Veneto, championing the nearly forgotten grape Durella. Durella has everything that we like in white wine: low alcohol, great acidity, and freshness.

Grape: 90% Durella, 10% Chardonnay

Soil: Volcanic clay

Viticulture: Practicing Organic

* Wine is fermented in stainless steel with a second fermentation in the bottle using only natural grape must. Spends a minimum of three months on the lees.
