Mas des Brousses is linked to one of Bandol's most influential and famous wineries, Domaine Tempier. Xavier Peyraud, is Lulu Peyraud's Grandson & Lulu is the matriarch behind Domaine Tempier, which makes her Bandol royalty. Xavier, together with his wife Géraldine Combes, took control of Géraldine's family vineyards, achieving their shared dream of starting their own domaine, Mas des Brousses. A transporting southern French red with aromas of red berries and endless freshness on the palate. 

Grape: 50% Merlot, 40% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache. The mourvedre is massale selection from Xavier Peyraud's family vines at Domaine Tempier in Bandol.

Soil: Glacial limestone, gravelly clay topsoils

Viticulture: Organically farmed by hand, including green harvesting. Recently, they began embracing the regenerative practices of year round cover crops and low-/no-till. All grapes hand harvested, transported in baskets and destemmed
