Stefano Zoli is a liquid poet, weaving a humble yet captivating story from vine to glass. A single southwest-facing vineyard, planted with vines over 50 years in age and less than a hectare in size, is his muse and his well, from which he draws the life preserved in this bottle.  This is a limited production of a true "Mountain Verdicchio" with a character not unlike Chablis, due to the limestone bedrock and cool microclimate.  It manages to capture the elegant minerality of the finest French whites, while retaining its own uniquely Italian identity.
