Vollenweider's 2023 Riesling Felsenfest is made from fruit hand-picked in the estate’s various holdings in the Trarbacher Schlossberg. Technically dry, at just around 5 g/L of residual sugar, it offers a superb nose of white peach, apricot blossom, spices, and delicate herbal elements. The wine is beautifully light-footed, packed with density of fruit preserves on the palate, leaving a smooth finish with a balance of fruit and mineral flavors lingering on the tongue. This a light-feathered and engaging expression of dry Riesling that is a must-try!
