Pascal Agrapart, a fourth generation vigneron, manages the family domaine located in Avize. Humble and dedicated, he aims to showcase the unique terroirs of his beloved village through his Champagnes.

'7 Crus' is blended from 1er Cru and Grand Cru vineyards, with the intention of providing a snapshot of Avize. Combining the rich and luscious flavor of Côte de Blancs Chardonnay, with a dose of minerality and structure from Pinot Noir, this Champagne achieves both a crisp profile and remarkable longevity. Delectable right out of the bottle, but easily has fifteen years or more of life ahead. It is a focused and dynamic Champagne, yet it manages to be generous both in flavor and texture. This is a truly exceptional bottle of bubbles that should not be missed, especially at this price. 

Grapes: 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir
