In 2015, Etienne Bodet was gifted 1.4 ha (3.46 ac) of Cabernet Franc in "Clos Durandière" as a wedding present and with that Etienne started this micro-négoce with a first bottling of crémant Physis 2017. This, however was not his first attempt at winemaking—Etienne studied and staged with Sylvain Pataille, Bernard Baudry, and Guiberteau and in various domains in Champagne. Physis is a delightfully pure and elegant sparkling.

Grape: 90% Chenin Blanc, 10% Grolleau

Soil: Chalk and limestone
