A fresh and easy-drinking expression of our much-loved friend, Chenin Blanc.  Farmed organically on the left, or "gauche", bank of the Vienne river in Chinon, the clay-limestone slopes are ideal for even ripening and great acidity.  Round and juicy notes of fresh apple and stone fruit play well with the subtle minerality of this accessible Chenin.
