Domaine Bois de Boursan produces pure and honest wines.  The estate is no frills and the farming is organic.  The wines are well made and express the typicity of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, as well represent its vintages.  The wines have great presence and precision of strawberry fruit and sweet spice.  The tannins have lovely length with the just the right grip.  A lovely Châteauneuf you can pull the cork on now, but will be rewarding in a few years time.
