Moritz Kissinger is a young, innovative winemaker from Germany, known for pushing the boundaries of traditional winemaking with a strong focus on natural and low-intervention practices. Based in Rheinhessen, he is part of a new wave of winemakers emphasizing sustainability, organic viticulture, and minimalist philosophy. Wild fermentations, no additives, and little to no sulfur are typical in his cellar.

The "0 Ohm" red blend is one of his standout creations. This wine is a blend of several red grape varieties, typically from organic vineyards. The "0 Ohm" name symbolizes the wine's natural approach, representing zero resistance in terms of its creation, meaning no interventions like filtering, fining, or artificial enhancements. The wine is vibrant and fresh, with rustic, earthy flavors, and bright acidity with lively red fruit notes, reflecting the natural winemaking process. The minimalist style allows the grapes' pure characteristics and the terroir to shine.
