Rosé from Germany and Austria are BLOWING UP right now! They have ripping acidity that makes them incredibly refreshing. This beautifully pure example is from Müller-Ruprecht in the Pfalz region of Germany. This vintage is entirely Pinot Noir, all hand-harvested from estate vineyards free of pesticides or herbicides. After a direct press and stainless steel fermentation, the wine is aged briefly in steel tanks. Very crisp, dry, and mineral-driven.
