Bruno Lupin makes this delicious white wine using the local Altesse grape.  Frangy is one of the four Cru de Savoie, a privilege place for Altesse, where its' southern exposure allow the vines to capture the warmth of the sun during the day, and the experiences the cooler air at night. In the winery, Bruno is hands-off with minimal intervention in the winemaking process. He looks for the right balance of body and freshness- wines that are elevated, with structure, and the ability to develop elegantly in bottle. Cuvée du Pépé is farmed from a single parcel of individually staked vines (a planting style used on the Northern Rhône) which vines are more than 70 years old planted by his grandfather. One of Savoie's greatest treasures.
