Pierre Guillemot descends from 8 generations of winemakers in Savigny-lès-Beaune, growing up with no lack of footsteps to follow. He has openly embraced the traditions that have kept this northern Beaune appellation a hidden gem.

Complex and balanced, this Savigny-les-Beaunes is as honest of an expression of the terroir of this under-appreciated commune as you will find. Beneath its light color lies a rich symphony of dried red currant, fresh berries, and autumn spices. This vintage can be enjoyed now as these wines drink well when young, but age will amplify this bottle's endearing complexity for those willing to wait.
