Succes Vinícola is a  young winery located in Catalonia, in the  Conca de Barberà region,. Their work revolves around Trepat, a local red variety known for its light body, bright acidity, and spicy, red-fruited character. This winery produces elegant, energetic wines that emphasize freshness over extraction, often with lower alcohol and sulfur levels and a pure, simple style.  With a focus on sustainable practices and a modern take on traditional Catalan varieties, Succes Vinícola is part of the new wave of producers redefining the identity of Conca de Barberà wines.

Cuca de Llum (which means lightning bug in Spanish) is one of their original wines, an expressive and elegant take on Trepat, made from organically farmed 20-47 year-old vines. Showing light body but deep complexity, it's a beautiful expression of Conca de Barberà’s potential for refined, aromatic reds. The is vibrant and lifted, with plenty of natural wine flair, but also a mineral edge that imparts depth and structure. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral vessels to preserve Trepat's natural freshness and finesse. Enjoy this chilled, but let it breathe a bit for best results.
