Immich-Batterieberg 'C.A.I.' Riesling Kabinett Trocken, Mosel, Germany 2021

THIS is the Riesling you need, if you need to convince your friends that dry Riesling is where it's at.  Super modern and electric, screeching stone fruit and steely acid that will cut through spicy, fatty, fish or pork, whatever you throw at it.

Gernot Kollmann is the winemaker/foodie owner of Immich-Batterieberg, and this flagship Riesling honors the man who started it all, Carl August Immich (C.A.I.), who created the Batterieberg (Battered Hill) estate by blowing up this mountain with dynamite to expose the bare rock and plant terraced vines.

Explosive wine with an explosive history; what more do you want?
