Winemaker Jolandie Fouche has crafted an exceptional Chenin Blanc by artfully blending grapes from four distinct vineyards across the Paardeberg and Malmesbury regions of South Africa. The vines employed in this production are not only sustainably grown and dry-farmed but also boast an impressive age of at least 35 years, contributing to the wine’s depth and character.

The grapes were meticulously hand-harvested early in the morning, then allowed to rest in crates for 24 hours before undergoing pressing. Both natural and malolactic fermentations were conducted in neutral oak vats, with the wine maturing on its lees for 10 months prior to blending and bottling. Due to the intentionally low yields, production of this wine was limited to only 508 cases 

This Chenin Blanc presents a refined pale straw hue, complemented by a bouquet of white flowers, citrus zest, and ripe peach. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance of structure and texture, seamlessly integrated with its vibrant acidity.
