Mexican amaro made with Quassia, Rhubarb, Cinnamon and other local spices and herbs. Very warming with ripe fruit and nutty notes to complement the bitterness and notes of baking spices. Excellent in place of vermouth in a Mezcal Negroni, or as the bitter component of a Mezcal Old-Fashioned.
