A bespoke aperitif from the hills of Piemonte. It’s an aromatized white wine
vermouth steeped with gentian, chinchona, bitter orange peel, and other botanicals. It’s great over ice with some club soda, in a traditional martini, or in place of Aperol for a different kind of spritz.  Cin Cin!
