Amevive sources this delightful Rhone white blend from a single vineyard in Santa Barbara.  Amevive are the current stewards of the land under lease from the Bolton family, whose viticultural standards they describe as "beyond organic".  Marsanne and Viognier are harvested first then pressed directly into tank.  Roussanne follows a week later; which is then split into two components; one direct press and one foot tread.  The juice is then racked into neutral French barrels where it goes through a long and slow fermentation before aging on lees and completing malolactic fermentation.  The wine is then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
