Ca'n Verdura is the next-generation of artisanal Mallorcan viticultores that are keeping the unique cultural tradition of planting indigenous vines. They are stewards of the best plots of ​old-vine ​Mantonegro from bush-trained vineyards planted in the 1950s in the surrounding villages of Binissalem, including the village of Santa Maria, which are considered the finest vineyards in Mallorca.

This fragrant, Mediterranean red is medium-bodied, with notes of wild red berries, violets, fresh herbs, and exotic spices. 

Pairing: Garlic shrimp with chorizo, squid, poultry with spices 

Grape: 44% Mantonegro, 31% Merlot, 11% Callet, 10% Syrah, 3% Monastrell, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon
