The Alary family has been involved in viticulture and wine production since the time of Louis XIV in 1692. Tradition, passion, and savoir-faire are crucial in nurturing vines and aging wines. Experience has been passed down from one generation to the next, now to Denis Alary, who converted the estate to organic viticulture in 2009. 

"Fresh fennel and gently floral aromas. This has a rounded, oval shape in the mouth, like a marble pebble. Very smooth and polished, but not oaky. Plenty of intensity of flavour, it’s concentrated and long – way better than most Côtes du Rhônes. So impressive. Really generous and very southern Rhône in style, but so fresh and pure.
