In the short time since taking over her family’s estate, Pauline Passot has made a name for herself as a producer to watch. She has certainly become a favorite for us. In 2018 she assumed responsibility for her family’s six hectares.  Her precise attention to detail in the winery and in the vineyards shows in her wines. Juicy, refreshing & exactly what you want (but better) out of this classic style of wine.
