Rosé from Germany and Austria are BLOWING UP right now! They have ripping acidity that makes them incredibly refreshing and crisp. This is a beautifully pure and natural example from Müller-Ruprecht in the Pfalz region of Germany. This vintage is entirely Pinot Noir, all hand-harvested from estate vineyards free of pesticides or herbicides. After a direct press and stainless steel fermentation, the wine is aged briefly in steel tanks.  It is left unfined and unfiltered to preserve the creamy texture of this dry, low-alcohol wine.
