Shebang is a red blend made each year by Bedrock Wine Company, using a bit of every  grape they grow, so the term 'The Whole Shebang' is very fitting. Some of the grapes are co-fermented and others are vinified seperately, and then aged in a combination of tank and French oak. Morgan chose to make the wine a multi-vintage, multi-varietal blend in order to maintain quality at a terrific price point. This wine provides delicious drinkability at any every day price, in an easy screwtop format. 

Pairing: Burgers, Tacos, Chicken Wings, or just by itself

Grape: Zinfandel blended with Carignane, Petite Sirah, Mourvedre, Alicante Bouchet, Grenache, Syrah, Barbera and a touch of whites for aromatics, much of which comes from old vines.
