The western side of the Rhône River is also home to Côtes that are similar to the Côtes-du-Rhône on the other side.  Domaine Gallety put the Cotês du Vivarais on the map, and Alain Gallety now oversees every step of the winemaking process with dedication. Since the early 80s, the Domaine has cultivated fifteen hectares of vineyards with organic farming methods to ensure the quality of the grapes.

This cuvee is a blend of Syrah and Grenache aged in neutral oak barrels with minimal intervention during the fermentation process. It has impressive depth and complexity, making it perfect for aging for the next 10 years. Although it is comprised of 60% Grenache, the Syrah flavor really stands out, providing a savory dark fruit taste.
